Zelda Vermeulen completed degrees BLC LLB and LLM at the University of Pretoria in 1999. She was admitted as an attorney and as a conveyancer. She was also a partner in a law firm for 7 years and is currently operating as Zelda Vermeulen Attorneys.

She has 30 years of experience being an attorney and conveyancer and has practiced in South Africa and have gained international experience during her lifetime abroad.

She specializes in Estate planning and Administration of Estates and is advising businesses on Commercial matters, especially business rescue and turnaround.

She is a member of the Legal Practice Council (LPC)

She is a member of The Fiduciary Institute of Southern Africa (FISA)

She is registered as a Business Rescue Practitioner (CIPC)
