by the Business Rescue Practitioner, which details the manner in which the
practitioner envisages that the Company will be rescued.
Section 150 of the Act provides a framework for what the business rescue
plan should look like. It provides that a business rescue plan must contain
sufficient detail to assist affected persons in deciding whether or not they
wish to accept or reject the plan.
